Features:

1. Bare Construction – No insulation jacket means reduced weight, lower material cost, and easy visual inspection of the conductor along its entire length.

2. Aluminum-Clad Steel Core – Each steel wire receives a seamless aluminum cladding, preventing rust from propagating even if the outer aluminum strands are damaged.

3. High Span Capability – The reinforced core allows longer distances between utility poles compared to all-aluminum conductors of similar weight.

4. Low AC Losses – The aluminum cladding minimizes magnetic hysteresis within the steel core, improving energy efficiency over traditional galvanized steel core designs.
